Kailway stoppage of traffic on either Section, the

building of Branch Railmy und Dooks likely to compete

with the British Baction as provided in the draft

Joint Working Agrement submitted by the British

Goverment to be retained or modified to suit the

altered conditions.

(14) A Claume to provide for arbitration in case of dis-

putos arising.
